Rydym yn chwilio am Swyddog Cyfryngau Digidol a fydd yn cynorthwyo i ddarparu ein Strategaeth Farchnata a Chyfathrebu er mwyn sicrhau y bydd ein tenantiaid, ein cwsmeriaid a’n rhanddeiliaid yn rhyngweithio â ni.

Bydd y Swyddog Cyfryngau Digidol yn rheoli ein sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol, gan gynnwys Facebook, Twitter a LinkedIn, drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg. Bydd yn creu, golygu, trefnu a chyhoeddi cynnwys amlgyfrwng ar gyfer ein gwefan a’n mewnrwyd yn ogystal ag ar gyfer ein platfformau cyfryngau cymdeithasol. Bydd yn darparu ffyrdd newydd ac arloesol i gynyddu ymgysylltiad y cwsmer, ac yn cydlynu presenoldeb digidol y sefydliad mewn digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau yn y gymuned, a hynny mewn ffordd greadigol.

Mae profiad blaenorol o weithio o fewn adran farchnata neu gyfathrebu yn hanfodol, ynghyd â phrofiad o ysgrifennu cynnwys, a chydlynu platfformau cyfryngau cymdeithasol. Gan fod hon yn rôl ddwyieithog bydd angen i chi gael sgiliau llafar ac ysgrifenedig rhagorol, yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg, ynghyd â sgiliau prawfddarllen rhagorol.

Mae sgiliau eithriadol mewn trefnu a chyfathrebu hefyd yn hanfodol i’r rôl hon; mae’n rhaid i chi allu gweithio ar eich liwt eich hun, a gallu blaenoriaethu eich baich gwaith i ateb terfyn-amser caeth. Mae gwella’n gyson wrth galon yr hyn a wnawn, felly mae gosod safonau gwaith uchel, a gallu bod yn hyblyg ac arloesol, hefyd yn bwysig i ni.

Digital Media Officer

Are you passionate about digital? Love creating content? Do you get a huge buzz from shares, follows and retweets? If so, then we might have the ideal job vacancy for you! We are looking for a Digital Media Officer who will assist in the delivery of our Marketing and Communications Strategy to ensure that our tenants, customers and stakeholders interact with us.

The Digital Media Officer will manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, through the medium of Welsh and English. They will create, edit, schedule and publish multimedia content for our website and intranet as well as our social media platforms. They will deliver new and innovative ways of increasing customer engagement and coordinate the organisation’s digital presence at events and community activities in a creative manner.

Previous experience of working within a marketing or communications department is essential along with experience of writing content and coordinating social media platforms. As this is a bilingual role you will need excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Welsh, along with excellent proof reading skills.

Exceptional organisational and communication skills are also essential for this role, you must be able to work off your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet strict deadlines.  Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and the ability to be flexible and innovative is also important to us.
