About Us
The Cadarn Housing Group is the parent company with Cadwyn Housing Association, Newydd Housing Association, Newydd Maintenance Limited, Living Quarters (Lettings and Sales) Wales Ltd, and Igneous as subsidiaries.
Cadarn Housing Group is the parent of the Group and provides oversight and support services role. Newydd Housing Association is a charitable housing association, that offers nearly 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas. Cadwyn Housing Association owns and manages 1,500 homes for affordable rent and low-cost home ownership as well as a range of community regeneration initiatives.
About the role
You will be joining a customer experience team which aims to resolve queries from our customers at the first point of contact be it by telephone, email, Facebook, and Twitter. This is a varied and challenging role, and you must be able to multitask and prioritise work as well as have the confidence to work on your own initiative to problem solve and make decisions. You will also provide administrative support to our Housing and Maintenance teams.
About you
Experience within social housing is desirable but is not essential as full training will be given. The most important thing we are looking for is an experienced customer service champion with a can-do attitude. Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and the ability to be flexible and innovative is also important to us.
